I keep getting calls from various phone numbers in the Louisville KY area - initially, a Bot named "Ellie" or "Charlotte" calls and then when I indicate that I am the homeowner, I get transferred to "Frank". I have told him time and time again to not contact me. When I call back the number cannot be dialed or reached.

Today, Charlotte called and I called back to 502.460.9814. To my surprise, "Nora" answered the phone and tried to sell me a security package; however, in doing some research, there is no such company as "Family Home Protection", nor the company that they proclaimed to have in prior phone calls "American Home Security".
