Erik Flegal and Thomas Barber are knowingly targeting clients with falsified legal documents and claims made by a disbarred attorney and CPA to trick customers into investing large sums of money to get an immediately monetary savings and save 99% in federal income taxes. These strategies are incredibly risky and they misrepresent information by using the falsified documents. They are putting several people in the Charleston area in serious danger with this fraudulent scam to make money. They also rebate commission from investments and insurance companies to entice them to sign up with them.
