My bank account keeps getting hit for 9.99 a month. These are fraudulent charges I have notified my bank and if the charges don’t stop coming out of my bank account I will along with my bank file fraudulent charges against this company fanmadefits . So I expect all monies to be credited back

Was happy at the time but not so now seeing they are taking recurring w/drawalls from my acct and I didn't order anything,need to get a refund and stop this from happening again or to anyone else.

I have not ordered anything further from fanmadefits and they just took $9.99 from my account and would like a refund and not have any further recurring withdrawals from my acct. I had won a free teeshirt back in May and was not aware they would be taking recurring withdrawals from my acct even if I made no further orders this is not right.

I have no idea why or for what they charged me for but I was just charged 9.99 yesterday and I know I didn’t buy anything apart from Amazon and the grocery store that day. Please fix this

I have the exact same issue! Won a "free t-shirt" on Facebook. Paid the $9.99 for shipping last month. Then today, I received another receipt that they had just billed me $9.99 for the month of June!? What the heck!? This is not what I signed up for and now I see I'm not the only one being scammed! I immediately e-mailed them back this morning, but so far, just an auto reply saying it may take up to 24 hours to hear a reply. :(

I was billed for the initial $9.99 and today I was billed again. I didn't agree to this, don't want it, and want my money charge back to my account. Not to mention $20 is a lot to pay for a average non-band t-shirt. If you persist in deducting I will take action. LL.

I ordered a free t shirt and was supposed to only pay shipping. They started taking out $10 a month and put me on a VIP club list, I never tup for anything but the free tee. I am reporting these people to the better business bureau it's an obvious scam. They are posing as patriot's but they are scamming had working American citizens.

We have thousands and thousands of members who love our products and continue to take advantage of the benefits monthly. We also make it very clear on all emails and confirmations, including emails before you get billed each month (which you may have missed).

The only real big issue we had was that our support form was broken from 4/3 to 5/31. Emails were still going through to our email directly, but one specific form was broken.

Got t shirt for free but wound up paying 9.99 for it ,now you are taking 9.99 a month out of my account within permission I want my money back and cancel this 9.99 I didn't give permission and account for good.

Got a free tshirt, only had to pay shipping. Now they charge my debit card $9.99 a month for a membership that I didn't sign up for. Contacted them last month to cancel the membership and my card was charged again today. This crap needs to stop!

We are so sorry, you must have tried to contact us through our support form on our site.. we usually respond to support requests within 4-6 hours.

We just sent out a mass email about this but.. we are really sorry to say that our support form was not working properly since early April.

Our support form’s email provider was blocking all forwarding emails. So even though the form was up, they weren’t being forwarded to our team.

We just found out about this today on May 28th.

There is no excuse and we should have caught this much earlier.

We really really are sorry about this issue. The irony of it is we put so much time and effort into our customer service.

This is not how we imagined our summer to start. We apologize not only to you but to all our other customers who sent a support request through our form.

We imagine it to be about 15-20% of all support requests.

This is William Adams filing compliant about fan made fit had a 9.99 deducted from my bank acct which I don't expect that to keep on happening! That needs to stop charging my debit card. I didn't order anything that was required to deduct 9.99 from my acct that needs to stop and have it refunded back to my acct ASAP! On my tablet, came across a question to get free t-shirt if answered correctly. Got my t-shirt and had to pay $9.99 shipping and handling fee. Every month since January now they get in my checking account and take $9.99 and one time took $14.48. They won't answer their phone when called. They don't reply to e-mail, and when you go on their web site to ask a question, you have to pay $1.00. Now I have to get my bank card changed and everything else involving my card. Well worth it, but just a big hassle because of dishonest people and companies! Thank you so much....
