My husband purchased ncaa women's basketball tournament tickets for himself and I. He did not receive the tickets. I reached out via email because they have no number, stating we don't have the tickets. They continued to say they were sent by the seller. I sent photos showing that it wasn't in his email. I even checked my email, it wasn't there. They sent documentation from the seller saying it was sent to the my husband's email and the date of the transfer. I checked our receipt from fananimal and our order date is the day After the tickets were "transferred"!
