I ordered a Notre Dame blanket on December 14, 2024 and paid for expedited shipping. The initial order informed me the expected date of receiving my blanket was on Dec 17, 2024. I contacted the company at their customer service email, [email protected], because on Dec 17, 2024 there was no tracking information available. They have not sent a tracking # and the website does not show information regarding where the product is just shows my order number, information I submitted, the ordered product, and payment amount. There are multiple websites with reviews showing the same scenario has occurred with other customers, so this company is a repeat offender of taking money and never sending the product ordered.
