I ordered merchandise off Facebook from a Fanatics NBA Store promotion. I made my order on May 24, 2024, and since then I’ve emailed this handle multiple times with no responses, and Fanatics had no record of my order when I called for explanation. So now, it’s looking like I’m out of $334+ dollars and I can’t get any answers to what the heck is going on.
