I ordered a sports jersey from the website fanaticsoutlet.com on 3/15/24. I received a text message that night from the phone number (585) 252-6511. The person didn't identify themselves or say which company they were from. They just stated that the jersey I ordered was out of stock. They stated I could arrange for a customization, change the style of jersey I ordered or receive a refund. I requested a refund. I also received an email on 3/16/24 also stating the jersey was out of stock. I replied to that email as well stating I would like a refund. On 3/18/24, I sent a follow-up text asking about how long it will take to get my refund. They replied that it would be within a week or so. I followed up with an email on 3/27/24 asking for an update on the refund. I did not receive a reply. I then sent a text message on 3/29/24 stating it had been over or a week and still had not received my refund. I did not receive a reply once again.

On 3/30/24, I opened a charge dispute with my credit card company. While going through the information for the dispute, I noticed several things that did not seem right with the information for the company. The site I visited was fanaticsoutlet.com but it showed up on my credit card charge as NOORLIA.COM. In the purchase confirmation email, it showed an email address of [email protected] to reply. The email I received stating that the item was out of stock came from the email address [email protected], which obviously isn't a company email. There is not any contact information on the website for a phone number or address of where they are located. My credit card company reversed the charges and were going to contact them. I haven't heard anything from my credit card company, so I'm assuming the case is now closed.
