Clicked on facebook ad and it the page I went to seemed like the real fanatics page. I ordered a gift for $59.99 on 11/15 and received a confirmation, but when I tried to log in to check status I got a message that the order could not be located. I reached out to the customer service email contained in the order and received a confirmation by email that the order was placed, but the email address and signature showed "[email protected]", not the [email protected] that was in the original email. Last week I attempted to view order status again and the website took me to another site that showed my package was at the port of Los Angeles awaiting distribution for delivery. Today the order can't be found again, and I noticed that when I go to the website, instead of Fanatics, it now shows "Beams" as the header/company name. My credit card shows a charge from Hong Kong, which I am going to dispute.
