I can't receive my order (ORDER NO. 2411780)

Dear Fanjoy Team,

This letter serves as my final attempt to resolve the matter in cooperation with you. I sincerely hope for your understanding and a personalized approach. I kindly request a full refund of 33.90 euros (28.95 euros for the Kooleen: You're Beautiful Black Shirt + 4.95 euros for shipping), which I paid for order NO. 2411780 that has not been shipped to me since I placed it on January 31, 2024, under the name Tatiana Siebert, Zur Rampe 1, Langwedel, 27299, Germany. The funds have not been refunded as of today (February 26, 2025).

Please refund the amount to the same bank card that was charged for the order. If necessary, I will provide my banking details again upon your request to facilitate the refund.

This is my final call for you to resolve this issue peacefully and voluntarily. I await your response. Should I receive no reply or willingness to cooperate (i.e., confirmation or completion of the refund), I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint with law enforcement regarding fraudulent activity on the part of Fanjoy Team. I will also seek legal counsel to represent my interests in court.

I consider this a matter of principle and personal honor. I also reserve the right to publicly detail this situation on your social media platforms, including Instagram (instagram.com/fanjoy), Twitter (twitter.com/fanjoyco), Facebook (facebook.com/fanjoyco), TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/@fanjoy?lang=en), YouTube (www.youtube.com/@Fanjoy), LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/company/fanjoy-co-), and Google. In my opinion, this could negatively affect the company's reputation, potentially leading to a loss of future customers and sales.

If necessary, this email will be included as evidence in a court filing to demonstrate my final good-faith effort to settle the matter amicably.
