Advertised shipping timelines are misleading. 8-10 day shipping advertised, experienced shipping timeline was 27 days.

Advertised 24/7 customer support. However, what is experienced is an email response within 24-48hrs at best, with no weekend support.

When asked about their refund possibly, the company defects using polite apologies without actually answering any questions. Essentially they string you along.

I am fighting with this company now to get my order. Their site says 7-9 business days for processing, so I contacted them after this time frame....just to find out they never started my order. The representative said she would put a rush on the order, and I asked them just to cancel the order. I ordered this under the assumption it would take the time frame listed on their site, and was told this is a busy production time for them. I also paid for rush shipping. They stated they would cancel my order but there was a $20 restocking fee. I asked them what they were restocking because they had just told me my order was never started. No answers, can not give me a date of completion, was basically just told you will get it when you get it. This company is not USA based, they are located in Hong Kong. BUYERS BEWARE! This is a fraudulent company!!!

My son is 18 years old and bought merchandise from fansidea.com He didn't know NOT to use his debit card so now we are worried they will attempt to empty his bank account. He used it to purchase a soccer jersey for him and his brother and never received the merchandise despite several calls, voicemail messages emails. When I looked at the site's reviews it is clear this business just steals money from American customers knowing they will never be shut down. How many more young people try to buy into this scam?
