I was searching for a Carson Wentz, Philadelphia Eagles NFL authentic shirt for a Christmas present. Many many sites were sold out of XL, so I came across this site just by googling "Wentz jersey".

1) I ordered it for $69.99 , no tax, no shipping. I did not question the low charge because the Eagles website had been having a sale the week before.

2) My credit card was charged $73.82 - no explanation - for a company called "byjoylovesupply"

3) Fan team shop sent me an email with a USPS tracking number. This number never worked. Product never showed.

4) The only way to contact the company is through their support email address. They advised me that they have no address and no phone number - once I emailed them five times.

5) I sent them another email to cancel the order; and told them they were a scam.

6) I finally get a response that "they are not a scam" and I received another "tracking number" from Shanghi, China, supposedly with the product being shipped through NY JFK airport.

7) Credit card has been disputed; I advised the Fan Team Shop that their order would be returned. All they keep saying is "we are not a scam and we are too busy". Again, no phone number.

8) I advised them that if the jersey shows up, it will be refused. Their response, "you don't need/have our address".

I ordered a football jersey for my husband on 11/29. The site quotes "fast shipping" only 5-15 business days. Considering I was ordering 11/29, I knew I had have plenty of time to receive the gift before Christmas. I did not receive any shipping updates until 12/08/2017 when I saw the product was actually shipping from China! No where on the site does it advertise they actually ship from China. If I had known this upfront, I would have never ordered from this site. The site does not offer a customer service number, only through email. One person, Tara Julie will respond. She never once apologized for the false advertisement. I asked for a refund multiple times, she refuses. I still have not received my product. The site has no qualms falsey advertising to you to get your money and never deliver your product. I will never purchase anything from this site again. I know I will never get a refund, and will never get my product. A scam to a T.

Ordered a jersey. I received an email confirmation with a USPS tracking number. For weeks it was in China and when I contacted the company "Tara" said it was on the way. After waiting almost a month and not receiving the merchandise I contacted my credit card company to report it as a fraudulent charge.

Found website for Christmas shopping, and appeared legitimate. Ordered item and received email with shipping/tracking information. However, several weeks later the item had reportedly never left China. No explanation was given. When using the website, I noticed that links to social media did not work, and their presence on social media was non-existent. There was no physical address. I never received my item, and my money was taken.
