I ordered 4 stuffed animals on 12/1/22. On 12/18/22, I went to the site to discover that the order still hadn't been shipped, so I emailed them. On 12/19/22, I received an email back saying that my order would be expedited. Today, 1/12/23, my order still has not shipped! So I emailed asking for a refund! I also looked online for reviews of the store & found that they are doing this to a lot of people! One person even said that after they asked for a refund the site disappeared. So i got screenshots of my order.
