I placed an order with this company on December 24th, 2021. I received an email confirmation for my order from named website on December 25, 2021. As of January 6th, 2022 item has not been delivered. I called both telephone numbers several times throughout the day on the 6th and 7th up until 9:00 pm NY time. no answer, no answering machine, nothing. I sent an email. I received an email response on the 9th stating the order did not go through and I was notified with this writing ( ?2022?1?7??? 07:10??:) next to my email address and there was no notification. It also said payment was by Western Union, it was not. I used my debit card and the only thing I can think of is they tried to get cash and failed as there are no deductions from my account. I don't know if that is a thing a scammer can do, but now they have my info. I entered country as other because I don't know what the origin is of the writing, more than likely China. The service numbers are from Colonie, NY and Pine Valley, CA. After two days of calling, I new something was not right. I think this is something worth putting out there.
