Summons/Background Check Scam

Received a call/voicemail from said: 352-513-5975 stating the message was only intended for me. Stated "I am calling with FAR MEDIATIONS regarding two formal complaints filed against you. Been no response or return mail from the address we have for you. Your background check does not suggest you being a part of activity being accused of. Hoping to have communication with you or your attorney. Giving you time to give your side of the story and contest the allegations prior to legal proceeding taken place. Hoping to avoid summon to your home or employment concerning the matter. Due encourage an immediate return call. This is my direct number: 352-513-5975"
I do not believe this is real as I've received a similar call last year claiming legal action will be taken on me and no one has been able to 'get ahold of me'. I do not trust this number, and no credible searches have come up. I've only seen others claiming similar calls and voicemails.
