The scammer is scamming the IRS. I worked there 4 days the lady betty is the owner and Delmira Ramos a manager told me that she wanted to talk to me about being paid under the table with no taxes taken out from IRS because it caused too much paperwork for betty i told them that i could not do this. I pay my taxes and i need to be paid the right way an she needed to report my earnings to the IRS. She said the manager wanted to speak with me about it. I was not feeling the way they handle things over there i was being yelled at the owner betty know i was not trained for i have never been trained in food before they left me to run the place for 30 minutes an the manager Delmira gets backs yells at me about how the food was made i wasn't trained for food but i do know that for 4 days i was there i had to reheat every meat there was for 4 days straight the same meat the lettuce n tomatoes was for 3 days in the bar area with avocado for 3 days straight Delmira just mixed a lil good with the bad and has been serving it i agree if anyone went by early morning around 845 an check Faralitos refrigerator and freezers they have meat for 4 to 5 plus days on the top the lady Delmira i noticed was putting dates on the meat sooner than it said when i questioned i was ignored about the meat. I ate 2 tacos an i had a stomach ache the 2 meals i ate there. My aunt ate there as well that day i, made her food she complained to me the next day about how the food made her feel ill i told her contact the owner because we reheat food an meat for 5 days. The stove is disguesting i feel like this business is not doing very good at sanitizing they cut some fresh products at 9am to 930 with no gloves on at all chopping some fresh ingredients to mix with the bad the Mexican relish was home made and we found a bug in it after 3 days of it being in the bar the bug was taken out n still served to the people. Their birria juice its outdated made a week before an unfrozen for a few days served to the people they use the same birria juice for 4 days as well the time i was there. Im not upset with the place i feel the health department can help them with cleanliness an putting on gloves to cut an serving food at right temp also getting rid of food daily an not reserving for 5 days its making people sick an its not healthy the stuff i seen in this work place. The manager Delmira people were telling me that she was lit on her last few days i worked on cocaine she kept going in the bathroom to get high an she offered me some if i did drugs and i refused. Very very irritated at the work environment over there the unprofessionalism an the drugs in the workplace she had it in her bra. I don't think the owner knew about her drug problem though but i know she's a cook an handling food for kids and elderly or just people period will get us sick please help fix this problem and help this restaurant run their restaurant better and help us all stay healthy and get paid right paying the irs an reporting all workers and wages, i called them also of my check for 4 days and they declines saying they will send it in the mail if they can have my address i told them that my application has my address on it she told me the lady threw away my application it was under the counter with my social security on it and other information i need to know ifit was thrown away i am very worried also worried if she was careless about my information i am very worried if someone can talk to betty and see about my information i gave her. If u go u will see that all the employees that are there are all under no paperwork an they all get paid under the table i didn't know that that's why i am not there i need a company to be clean an do right by the IRS an not poison the people and get my money which I'm being denied to be paid
