Soon after that, I received the following email
"Hi,
Kindly call me on 1888-951-7773 Between 1030hrs to 1930hrs (CST) and ask for Shelly (EXT-1012 ) regarding your Incomplete booking for below mentioned details"
I called that number and we were told that the flight we just paid in full was full and that she would help us book a different flight for close to $300.00 that I could have purchased from Travelocity for $169.00. I hand up the phone and contact my bank
