My wife called what she believed was MSC Cruises customer service after finding the number on Google. The person who answered claimed to be from MSC Cruises and identified himself as Luis Perez. He requested personal documentation and our credit card information, presenting himself as a legitimate representative. He later sent us a confirmation email summarizing the transaction and claiming a refund was being processed. However, when we contacted MSC Cruises directly on 5/10 to verify the changes, they confirmed that they never spoke to us, never processed any changes, and never charged us. We now believe we were scammed by someone falsely claiming to represent MSC Cruises.
