All my identity was used , however I believe the claim adjuster sub contracted 3rd party Service master and another contractor was used not knowing to the claims agent being out of state . The water damage restoration company was slap together to conduct the work .still with kitchen , insurance policies covered the claim however project has been abandoned claim filed 2018-2019 drywall removal and cabinets,mold abatement, vinyl flooring abatement and project abandoned. Farmers insist claim is closed however do you close a claim when the work is not complete ?

Policy was paid for . redirected or misappropriate the money somewhere they/WE are farmers and we are without kitchen or bathroom. beware property now devalue all during PEAK COVID-19

No other contractor was available because or economic hardship and safety boundaries. HOA requirements for all work be completed by licensed contractor. Please note NO other permits have been pulled from Bakersfield field city inspector office.for drywall, vinyl flooring abatement etc .
