Terrible product, poor quality, two months shipping
I ordered a large, full fruit swag from this business through an ad on Facebook for $50.96 and two months later received a rectangle piece of felt with extremely cheap fruit and wrinkled ribbons hot glued to the surface. The piece was completely crushed in a tightly wrapped plastic mailer bag and many of the pieces had fallen off. When I requested a refund, the company said I had to pay the return shipping, estimated at $30 (I paid them $7.99 to have it shipped to me). Their solution was a five percent refund and I keep the piece. This website is a scam!
I purchased a shamanic drum from an advertising link on FACEBOOK, which looked genuine and had good reviews. The drum was on sale for $39.99, plus shipping came to just under $50.
The online description is an 18 inch diameter original Shamanic drum. The photos showed an authentic looking skin drum, with a tree shaped wrapping handle, and a good drum beater with covered end.
I waited a week after purchasing, and contacted them. They reassured me the drum was coming.
What later arrived, was a cheap 9 inch tambourine without the bells, no authentic skin, and the back does not have a tree shaped wrapped handle, it has a piece of cheap wood with a picture of the tree printed on it, and the tree cut out.
I contacted them to express my disappointment, to get a refund which at the time of purchase was a money back guarantee and the email got returned unsent.
The front of the packaging it came in has oriental writing on.
I am so upset that someone would go to such lengths of deceit. May the law of karma serve justice.
Total money lost $47.98
