I bought a backpack from FarSF that was around $70. I checked the return policy and it said I can return it within 30 days so I bought it. It took two weeks to come and when I checked the package, it was shipped from china. This company is supposed to be a San Francisco based company. The backpack they sent wasn't even branded. It was a cheaply made backpack with no company logo and no receipt of my purchase. The backpack also included some lavender scent package in there? I emailed the company several times asking where I can ship it back because I doubt I can ship it back to china. They never responded. My boyfriend messaged them on Facebook and they replied to the point until he asked how he can return it. After that, they stopped replying. I've left comments on their Facebook page and they deleted my comments and blocked me! Turns out, they stole the backpack idea from an actual company! I saw another company sell the same backpacks and realized that there was a bunch of companies ripping off the actual one. The real company is XDdesign or something like that
