Same Rose Westie, 2 Different sites

I echo the review above. This dog is listed on two different sites (both look identical). I did a google reverse image search and found pictures of "Rose" on a site from Madrid. This is 100% scam. I asked to see the puppy live and there was excuses as to why I couldn't, that's why I began searching. The site listed in the review above is now defunct. The sites I looked at are the following

They will probably be seen soon... but if you see the following image... don't fall for it... They emailed me the photo of Sasha as another example of seeing Rose.

Can I give zero stars? I knew this site for this Westie puppy, Rose, supposedly 11 weeks. The price $650 plus $150 for shipping seemed to good to be true. They said they have puppies currently 50% off. Insert eye roll. I asked several questions and for more pics. They sent more info and pics but I decided to google their number and the first thing that came up was this bbb rating. The complaint below is for the exact same puppy I was told I could “adopt”. They said they are located in Norman, Oklahoma. I just almost got scammed , so I have been more careful now.
