Ordered some T-shirts and accessories never received product although credit card was charged so I contacted the company by email which led into a two-year email exchange they did credit me $15 but that was nowhere near the hundred I spent. Finally sent all emails to credit card company and Capital One reimbursed me. Lesson learned I Google companies and read reviews before purchasing anything online

I placed an order back in September 24,2022, paying with a credit card. I never received the items I purchased,I have no contact information.

I've been trying for 2 years finally I was able to get my credit card company to reimburse me they responded with emails for about a year and a half telling me they were updating it it was a total scam I've learned to go and Google a business before I place an order anymore was a very expensive lesson good luck in getting yours resolved

I ordered items on line Dec 12 2022 paid via debit card, was given a fake sting of delivery status updates, never received items only received a cheap ring from an unknown address. Ordered 23 items paid 99.02$ Sent email never heard from company.
Next step to try and recover my money.

I ordered $56 worth of items in mid Nov.22' and received a fake tracking # the next day and never received not the 1st item. Tracked the company to ireland address that wasnt legit. Unable to find a phone # and the email address was also fake. Reported them to the BBB and canceled the credit card and got a new one but im out of my $56. They are shameless frauds and right here at the holidays. Theres a place for these people and its way down yonder!

J’ai vu le lien sur Facebook et j’ai commandé une doudoune qui devait arriver 5 joues plus tard jusqu’aujourd’hui je n’ai rien reçu
Au début j’avais leur e-mail et un numéro de suivi et quand je cliquais dessus , j’avais rien du tout . J’ai commencé à leur envoyer des mails tantôt ils répondaient tantôt je recevais un message comme quoi j’avais la fausse adresse . Et quelque jours plus tard, j’arrivais plus à avoir accès à leur site avec un message comme quoi «  le site est introuvable « 
Qu’ils soient mis aux arrêts ces bandits .

Hi ordered a red coat from fashion essentials on 3rd November an then it was suppose to be shipped out 3 days later according to fashion essentials they tried to say evri which is hermes courier company had delivered my parcel on 14th November 2022 which they did not an I told them I want a refund back an they just keep telling me to get in touch with hermes I'm goin to contact my bank an ask then to get back my money. Also I then re orderd again from them an this item was shipped out on 19th November 2022 an I was told that the item has been in transit 13 days they tell alot of lies I will contact my bank to get back my refund from them an for my bank to investigate the matter further

Ordered 4 winter coats which were on sale and nothing has come and I didn't get no email confirmation like it said I would ...I just want my money back.

I saw an ad on Facebook for merchandise being offered by Shein, a company that I have placed orders with. When I clicked into it, I was sent to [email protected]. I put several items in the "cart ", but made no purchases for weeks. However, after several emails from [email protected] telling me that I must complete my order, I put an order to them for $188.00 on my credit card. That was 3 weeks ago. Since then, I have received several emails from them telling me not to worry about not receiving my order on time because they were going to refund my money back to my credit card, if I did not want the merchandise anymore. I told them that I did want the merchandise. They said that they were sorry but they had lost my order and were going to refund my money, but that it would take 15 to 25 days. I accused them of a scam and informed them that I would report them to the BBB.

I got 7 pairs of boots and it said it was delivered and went to the box 3 different times and it was a small box with fake rings I was really looking forward to my boots instead I got fake rings. I am highly disappointed and mad. Theresa Lowe

ON 9/25/2022 THERE WAS A ONLINE SALE FOR SHOES AND BOOT VIA FACEBOOK. THE NAME OF THE STORE WAS FASHION ESSENTIALS. I PLACED AN ORDER FOR 4 PAIR OF SHOES WHICH TOTALED $38.50. I HAD BEEN TRACKING MY ORDER VIA TRACKING # SO THE DAY THE SHOES WERE TO ARRIVE IT WAS A SMALL BOX THAT HAD A FAKE RING INSIDE. SO I RECHECKED THE TRACKING# AGAIN TO BE SURE AND IT WAS THE SAME TRACKING # AS THE SHOES. I THEN TRIED TO CALL THE COMPANY, NO LUCK THERESO I SENT THEM AND EMAIL. THEY REPLIED THAT THEY WERE SORRY ABOUT THE MIX UP AND THEY COULD REFUND IN 7-10 DAYS OR SEND MY SHOES. I JUST WANTED MY REFUND. GOT AN EMAIL STATING THAT THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY ON 9/24/2022 WHICH WAS A LIE BECAUSE I PHURCHASED THE SHOES ON 9/25/2022 SO HOW WAS THAT HUMANLY POSSIABLE. I CALLED MY BANK TO MAKE SURE I DIDNT MISS ANYTHING AS I KNOW I DIDNT. I'AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND.

This company is a fraud.It advertise as Shein, After 1 week, I received a small package by a courier from Mississauga Ontario Canada.I was baffled as I did not order from the address on the package..it was somewhere in the UK. I tried calling the number that was listed, but it cuts off immediately..In the package was a cheap ring, and when I tracked the details from the website of Fashionessentials..it said my package was delivered. I immediately sent them an Email requesting my funds to be returned.Have not received any refund, only replies from some customer service that I feel is part of the scam..I have since connected with my financial fraud department.

Oct 1, 2022 placed order with 39 items. Totalling $140. This was end if season stuff so seemed like a let's try and see.
According to their site all my items were delivered to my front door on the 14th of October... funny I was home all day along with 5 other people doing yard work AND NOT ONE DELIVERY WAS MADE! Made attempt to call them there is no number, you have to email them. So email sent and call to bank to get my money back and file a fraud alert ⚠️ 📢

Seriously wanted the items purchased too some were fir my daughter for her birthday... one more disappointment.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY III Ordered a pair of boots and got in the mail a very small fake ring. They are starting to do this alot !! You order one thing and to make the purchase look legitimate they send you something else (fake tracking)(no where near what you ordered ) And when you call them out they will shut down that website, My advice is to never order from a website unless you know someone that you trust that has gotten their items from that particular website / company and ( 2.) only order 1 thing from new websites nothing major and if you dont get exactly that one thing you ordered ,dont order anything else from them and their website
