Attempted to buy a piece of furniture post on the web-site, buy 1 get 1 free. My first contact was on January 5,2024, they claim my order was shipped but I never received it. I asked for the USPS tracking number, come to find out they sent me a cheap skelton neckless. Asked for my correct order to be sent but they replied with this.

"Dear Customer

We are really sorry about this.

This may be the mistake of our warehouse staff, we will give you 20% of the full amount as compensation, you can keep this product, is that acceptable?

Hope you can understand, we also have some losses, so we will not resend the parcel, if you need to resend the parcel, you need to send the previous parcel back to us, the shipping cost will be borne by you.

If this is acceptable to you, we can arrange a refund to you immediately.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Yours sincerely"
