This company ships cheap fragile customized items from China in a bag with the hope the items arrived damaged. Refuses to give you refunds when items arrive damaged unless you ship the items back to them at your cost. The catch, they don't refund your money when the items arrive back damaged. All they want to do is give you 20% off on your next order so they can do it to you all again. Check out all the bad reviews as its happening to many customers on their Facebook add. I ordered $125 worth of items, and it would cost $70 to return, but your items can't be damaged when they are returned. Since they are in China, there's nothing anyone can do, except for Facebook and [payment processor] ****** to remove them from their platforms. Also ads and descriptions of products are complete lies. Please help shut this company down.
