I purchased two pairs of sunglasses from the website, which looks like it would be legitimate. After checking my email for a confirmation one did not come. I did receive a phony transaction processed from I then checked my credit account to see if it had posted, it had and the description was CHG-PES*SMARTONLINESHOPPING HANGZHOU CN 092617000914 Sep 25. I tried to contact the websites customer service to check on the order status. The website only had the option to contact via email. There was no phone number to contact. I did not receive a reply. Ten days Later I tried to find out more. I registered with the website and then was taken to a different page with the phony phone number and corporate address. I called the number and Pacsun picked up... They had no record of the order or the website. I then looked up the address which is the corporate address for Nordstrom customer service.. They also had no record of my order and after the representative spoke to their fraud department about the website/company she said they have never heard of them before. Do not be fooled by a flashy nice looking website. If the deals seem to good to be true they most likely are. Always check before buying on such websites. Don't be a victim like me.
