They listed item as authentic brand new with tag Chanel Item. Instead they sent non authentic counterfeit designer items without any tags. Items were made in China and are not sold by the designer in any store. When contacted they said to return everything for a refund. After items returned they do not want to give full refund. They never could give proof of the origin of the item being authentic. No company serial numbers on items. They are selling and using Venmo for payment to avoid paying taxes to the government
