Fashion Me, will take your order, never ship. Dec 29th placed order. never got a confirmation. Contacted the to cancel. They said ok-10 days for refund. After many email exchanges full of excuses and IM's still no refund.

They offer you a refund, and make excuses for the delay in refund. Then they block you from instant messaging on FB and posting to their page. I finally had to contact Paypal, and after 10 days they have not responded, I will got my refund.

Please look at all the negative comments on FB!

I ordered three items on Fashionme.com which totaled $98.33 (not cheap) so I was expecting some nice quality clothes. When I received my order I was amazed at the poor quality of material + sizing was totally off! I contacted Fashionme.com asking how can I return the items I ordered. They first were trying to convince me for a store credit which I clearly stated I didn't want to have because I would not order from them anymore because of the terrible product quality. Then they told me I need to ship the items to their warehouse which is located in CA and pay for all of the shipping costs myself. I did so and they confirmed by email that they received the items and stated that my refund will take about 15-20 days to process (!) which, I've never heard of such a long refund process. After it being over 20 days since they received my returned items and I STILL haven't received any refund I tried contacting them again asking where is my refund, to which they replied that their financial system is down so it will take extra time to refund my money back.

I am 100% convinced that they are scammers and would like to urge everyone to please never order from them. I wish I could get my money back now but it sounds like they are just going to keep it. If ScamPulse.com can do something about it that would be wonderful.
