I placed an order on Feb. 14, 2024 for t-shirt amount to $30.67. I have never received a conformation of this order, nor do I have any info to contact them. I feel I have been scammed. The order was sent to Cutefashionusdressl.

I was on Instagram and ordered some tshirts they said they would arrive within 3 days. I never got them yet. It has been over 3 weeks. I checked my bank statement and it was taken out by a company called cutefashionusdressl. I do not recall ordering from this company. I am beginning to think I was scammed!
Now I see other reviews of the same thing happening to others

This company scam me of $53.39 this company using cute fashion usd Ressl & use Judy jeans also cause at check out it wouldn’t take my card! So I was think like something wrong here so I try again in it went thur but something was not sit right with me! Try call my bank to see what I can do! Please be aware what going on big as scammers take people money

I was scrolling on Instagram when a ad popped up saying everything for $1.99 next 24hrs. I then was linked to fashion nova site.I received a email confirmation from itinerade240208165752448.

I placed an order on 12/18/23. I contact the seller by email cause they did t have phone number just a email to use. They claim my package was delivered but it wasn’t. Then they email me stated that my package got lost and they will send me another package since they claim the package lost, then they happen send me a knew tracking number C2S80571811CN and it doesn’t show no shipping information. The old tracking number is CSJ2023184044yQ. Track by https://www.818track.com/. I have all the email they sent me . Please let me know you received my information.

I purchased from a sale that they were advertising using the company fashion nova‘s name. When I made the purchase, it was taken off of my card from Cutefashionusdressl instead of fashion nova so I knew something wasn’t right. I started emailing them through the email that they sent me with the confirmation from my purchase and someone was responding until now when I go to the email and click the link to track my order. It is now saying order not found nor has anyone responded to my email asking about my order.

The scammer said there was a sale going on and soni stopped to shop and later found out that the actual website doesn't not promote the sale.

I placed 2 Orders, I received an email from them saying my first Order was delivered and it was not on my porch. I waited 31 days for it to arrive. I am still waiting for the second Order to come it has been 24 days. I emailed them and they Courier to see where my package was delivered. They can’t give me any information on it.

I had ordered from this company and it was sent to the wrong address that is hours away from me. I have no contact with the people that live there in order to get the package which is the only way Fashion Nova customer service has said that they can give me my money back is if I get the physical package and return it to them. I have emailed them and mentioned that I cannot get the physical package due to not having contact with the homeowners at the wrong address that they sent it to, which is hours away for me, and they sent me the same email saying I need to return the physical package. Which I wish I could get the physical package but cannot do that and they won’t cancel it or refund me the $89.

I ordered some items from fashionnova. they usually ship with FedEx or ups but for some reason, this time they used a shipping company called LSO (which i have never heard of before, had to look them up).

2 days after my package was supposed to have been delivered, i tried to track my package and i saw that it had been delivered. my apartment has a parcel pending locker where the shipping company should have dropped my package and would have gotten a text with a PIN to access the locker but I never got anything so I contacted fashionnova to inform them that I never received my package. they told me there was nothing they could do about it as the shipping company provided proof of delivery (which was a blurry picture that didn't even show my apartment number or the writing on the package).

I asked for a refund / store credit as I never got the ordered items, they said they couldn't give me anything and that I should go file a police report.

I contacted Klarna which was my payment method. they also said there was nothing they could do about it.

I cant believe they are making me pay for items I never received

I placed an order.I have all the documentation of trying to call and speak with someone. You never get a live agent on the phone. You have to fill out a form and submit a complaint. They respond back with "we will get back with you". There is NO MEANS OF VERBAL COMMUNICATION WHATSO EVER.I just want my credit card to be credited back. These people are horrible to do business with. I have looked all over the internet to find a number to speak with customer service and refunds. nothing.. This is like stealing you money when you cannot reach anyone and they choose to continue to make you buy from them by giving you a STORE credit. that is unacceptable. Please help me out. I have tried the no 800-866-0286 no one answers
