I saw an advertisement on Instagram for a pair of "vintage all leather Clark's boots" and I ordered them. It took two months to receive the boots. They were a plastic material and the wrong size. There was not a sales slip in the bag that they were sent in. All

I had was an email address for the "support center". When I sent my request to return them they sent the same response continuously that stated I would receive my boots soon and ignored my request to return the boots. Now the link to contact them has been disabled. They should be shut down! Terrible company.
