Not refunding the deposit money.

I had paid an initial deposit of 5k to the franchise. Was not able to start the franchise. Now they are not refunding the deposit money. they have stopped answering my emails and phone calls.

Benjamin Nasberg has been selling Fast Fire franchises to innocent investors and using the money for both himself and to start and operate a separate business called "Ghost Kitchens".

That by itself is fine but he is not paying employees or service workers. Instead, he posts pictures of himself flying on private jets while his franchisees go bankrupt. He has absconded with over 2 million dollars and is selling new franchises to pay for the services that should have been paid for by the first round of franchisees and with no intention of using it to administer and operate the fast-fired franchise.

Note that this is the second time he is running this scam. The original scam was with the Carbone Restaurant in Winnipeg Manitoba, which went bankrupt and resulted in Benjamin Nasberg and the company being sued.

I am a single mother of 2 and he has not paid me for over 3 months and has no regard for my family and the expenses of living.
