Called them for an appliance repair. Was told it was 110.00 to come diagnose issue. Told repair is 352.00 for part and 280.00 for repair. When they were here they tried to get either the visit money or half the repair cost up front. Service person asked me to put my personal banking information in his cell phone while he was here. Was told I have to pay right now before an invoice was even sent. Lied about the repair job, cost of the part and about the appliance. Company deducts the visit price from the repair...was told by the office person, techs are never supposed to quote the job when they are there...just collect the visit cost. This is the scam, charge for a visit and then quote the job at a way overpriced cost which nobody will pay and collect 110.00 for nothing...or charge someone a ridicules amount of money and scam them by lying about the job.

The repair was done by a different company...part cost 65.00 plus the 110.00 visit covered coming out and the repair job...which was a very easy fix...done in 10 min.
