Said I could renew passport online, paid 88 dollars. Passport unable to be renewed online, provided none of the services listed. Lost $88

They were given name, address, phone number, social security number. They advertised as an online passport renewal. They took $88.83 from me and my wife and offered "passport insurance" for an additional $20+ stating they would replace a passport for any reason. I figured out after paying that the form is a free PDF everywhere.

Fast form filler is a scam to renew your passport online. Only after you pay do you realize you aren’t paying to renew but paying them to transfer your information onto a form that’s free. They made the site to fool people into thinking they are renewing your passport. Why are these scams allowed to be in business?!

I googled "US passport application," and clicked the first option as it looked legitimate. I filled out the form, thinking it was a legitimate site. It was only after I submitted payment and realized that all I had was a filled-out PDF that I became suspicious.

Presented as US Passport Renewal site collecting info to be submitted as if they were proper site to do so. Thankfully my Chase card picked up on the fraud. But they collected personal info.

Sponsored ad that comes up first when users google US passport renewal. Advertises as a way to renew passport online. Only creates a pdf of the renewal form which still needs to be mailed, providing the same service the government already provides for free.

Website looks like Government website and you think you are renewing your passport online. At the end they only give you a pdf to print and mail in yourself. This is after you have given your credit card information and they have your personal information needed for a passport renewal

Fast form filler advertises themselves to be a way to "submit a passport application online". They then take your money and provide the exact same service the government provides for free to fill out a PDF which then must be printed and mailed. There is no online application. It's simply a pdf being filled out online.
