My business associate used this service to send a package with this provider, provider asked for 270 dollars in insurance and I provided that via bitcoin to the provider. Once the package was enroute I recieved an email :

Sir we do demand that you make a deposit of $343 so we can purchase the stamps and documents attach to theinsurance document to your package. This Money is fully refundable to you upon the arrival of your package tomorrow unfailingly. We are sorry for the inconveniences this may have caused you that is why we are assuring you that once this stamp is purchased, the insurance document will be attached on your package and delivery will be processed immediately and you will get your package today unfailingly with your complete refunds in cash. Kindly make the deposit . Once again sorry for the inconveniences and thanks for understanding
