I purchased a small chest freezer on 11/30/22. They said it was shipped out and provided me with a tracking number that showed the item was sent a certain delivery date to my address. The item never arrived on the delivery date. I attempted to call the number provided on the website a couple times, but no one answered. I sent a couple emails, but no response about getting a refund or if the item was lost? The spelling in the email response from the company contained many misspelled words and suspicious numbers. Also, the PayPal invoice

said payment was made to an individual person and not the company. I never received a response from the company. It was a scam.
