Ordered sandals after seeing advertisements on Facebook, they stated shoes were 50% off, priced at 39.98. I placed the order April 13,2020, after several emails asking were my shoes were, they were always in the mailing/ on their way. I received these shoes on July 23,2020. They advertise as orthopedic shoe dr. Care premium orthopedic shoes/sandals. They are cheap poorly made shoes that don’t fit, they are way too wide . They insisted that you send them pictures of your foot in the shoes, measurements of your feet, the shipping lapel that’s on the mailing package. After receiving / inspecting your pictures,they will discuss if you are due a refund. After I sent in the pictures I have not heard from them . I sent multiple emails and they won’t respond.

I did look at their refund/exchange policy in June, it stated you can get a full refund if it’s been 60 days after order and you didn’t receive the item , they have since taken down that policy.I requested that I wanted a refund , they said shoe were on they way, a month later they finally came . I have a foot a foot condition (charcots foot) that required a sturdy shoe, I will break my neck if I tried to wear them, I even sent in a picture of my deform foot. No response.

They don’t tell you the shoes were coming from China, nor do they give you a real return address, just from where they the shipped out of. There 24/7/365 phone number doesn’t work, it just disconnects. They take your money before the item is shipped. They are using the COVID-19 as an excuse for taking 4 months to receive your item.

Their policy now states that if you have any issues with your item after receiving it, you only have UP to 15 days to request refund/exchange. . This company is a rip off.

I ordered a pair of sandals from FastDealy.com. I wondered why they were taking so long to be delivered. When I was finally able to track them I saw that they were coming directly from China. I had no idea that they were coming from there. I finally received the sandals, and I saw that they were very cheaply made. They had plastic soles that I was afraid would make me trip, and they still smelled like strong glue. I decided that I didn’t’ want to keep them. I contacted FastDealy and they said that they were sorry that I was disappointed in their product. They asked me to send them a picture of the sandals and the packaging that they arrived in. I sent them the pictures and asked them what I needed to do to return them and get a refund. They said that it would cost too much to send the sandals back to their main warehouse, which of course is in China. They offered me 50% off of another one of their products and told me to give the sandals to someone else as a gift. I notice that they have a warehouse/office in Rancho Cordova, California. Why can’t I send the sandals there?! They don’t want to refund my money. FastDealy is a scam!
