WENT TO WEBSITE TO PURCHASE A WINDOW WELL COVER FOR BASEMENT WINDOW THAT LOOKED TO BE LEGIT AT A GOOD SALE PRICE. AFTER NOT RECEIVING A CONFIRMATION EMAIL BUT A WEIRD TEXT MESSAGE WITH DIFFERENT PHONE #'S AND A TRACKING LINK SO I GOOGLED #'S ( I DID NOT TOUCH LINK) AND IT HAD SCAM WRITTEN ALL OVER IT. I GOOGLED ADDRESS ON WEBSITE AND IT DIDN'T PAN OUT EITHER. CONTACTED MY BANK AND CANCELLED CARD. OUT OF CURIOSITY I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE # 925 856 9994 FROM THE WEIRD TEXT MESSAGE AND AFTER A LONG HOLD ( ALSO DURING HOLD THEY OFFERED ME TOO GO TO CHAT SUPPORT AT CHATSUPPORT101.COM) FINALLY THEY ANSWERED & SAID THEY WERE A 3RD PARTY CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY FOR MANY DIFFERNET COMPANIES WHEN I ? ABOUT AN ORDER, THEY CHECKED EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE ORDER AND SAID THEY FOUND THE ORDER PLACED AND WHEN I ? WHAT COMPANY IT WAS PLACED THROUGH THEY SAID THE COMPANY NAME WAS GOOD QUANTITY OR SOMETHING SOUNDING LIKE THAT.
