This is one of the most useless companies in PG county and they need to be reported. Fastlane towed my car illegally and when I spoke to their representative, he said his name was Terry but he was really terrible. This guy Terry cursed me and hung up the phone on me just because I disagree with his explanation. This guy said I should get someone else to call for my car because he is not going to speak to me regarding my car even when he was the one cursing and acting unprofessional. I had to get my husband to claim my car for me. I think Maryland law gave towing companies too much power over our property, it is so sad. This guy Terry threatened that he is the boss and he can do anything.

Fastlane Tow truck company will go to any illegal and unethical means to make money. The driver of the tow truck went in my car because my car is really old and doesnt lock and messed with my parking pass so he can tow me because we had a heated argument the day before because he towed my car.. My car has been towed twice in two days..
