Noticed unauthorized charges on my account and unable to gain access to my debt card account Cash App, googled cash app support phone # ?(855) 626-0999?. The person identified as William Johnson with tech support and asked what is my issue. I proceeded to explain that noticing charges on my account that I want to dispute and that I was on able to log into my Cash app you didn’t ask me for my name and phone number associated with your account and then indicated that yet my account was hacked somehow because someone got my IP address. He then apologize saying that they will be able to refund my money but their company policy does not handle under $500 that my account at the time was $300 But that is not the problem that I would only have to purchase a Google store card for $200 which I did. I was then instructed to enter GoToAssist online. Once there he gave me a access code I was to enter my name he provided me the access code it took me to another window where I was instructed to select the image scanner which they will scan the card for which she then stated the money will be credited back to my account in this matter with this card. After being waiting on the phone on hold for almost an hour he then stated it’s not working by using an iPhone I answered yes he said oh that’s the problem I’m sorry you have to get a Apple store card apologize for the mistake, We will just reimburse you when you get the proper Card. I then bought two $100 Apple store cards Which did not work either the individual then try to persuade me to purchase the stream cards as those of the ones that would definitely work sometimes they run into problems with the other cards with this system. After not seeing any money credited to my account I didn’t check the cards which stated they were redeemed even know this place still takes phone calls. Earlier in the beginning part of ?the conversation I do remember to call somehow disconnected and he immediately return my call the number ?+1 (914) 290-4991?.
