This scammer lists a vacation rental with an address of 9133 E. Dawn Post Road, Tucson, Arizona 85749 on Craig's List. He accepted Wire Transfers totaling $1,835 as Rental Fee and then refused to respond to subsequent emails and phone calls. We found that the home was occupied by another couple during our reserved dates - they had booked through FlipKey. Upon inquiry, it was found that Flipkey did not have a listing Homeowner by the name of Ethan Schmidt, so he apparently did not even own the property.
