Frustrating Refund Experience
Refunds are a basic expectation when returning a product, and delays like this undermine trust in the company. If Faxtechusa wants to maintain loyal customers, they need to streamline their refund process and provide better transparency about delays.
I wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless you're okay with a potentially long and frustrating wait to get your money back.
Disappointed with Delivery Service
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but what made it worse was the lack of transparency and updates throughout the process. When I reached out to their support team, I received generic responses that didn’t address my specific concerns or provide a clear resolution.
As a customer, I paid a premium for expedited delivery because I needed the item urgently. Not only did the delay cause inconvenience, but the poor communication also left me feeling undervalued as a customer.
I hope Faxtech takes steps to improve their delivery processes and customer service communication. Until then, I would hesitate to recommend their premium delivery options to others.
Online Scam / False Position
I was tasked by him to purchase Blank Checks and a program called TimeCamp.
I didn't see it at first but there were still red flags pointing to a potential scam involving collusion between Alan Moore and faxtexhusa.com
While the original website, Faxtechusa.com, might be (or, not) inaccessible now, a similar site named gctechusa.com could potentially the same site engaging in the same activities.

Type of a scam Online Purchase
I applied for and was offered an online/work from home job. They referred me to that place to get some equipment and I would be reimbursed. I canceled my equipment the same day (Sep. 27, 2023). The live chat said it would take 48 hours for a refund, but I still haven't got my refund back and it's now Oct. 11, 2023. Live chat will only talk to you once you purchase something from their site but after you make a purchase, they ghost you. I've messaged them multiple times but no one will to talk to me on the chat or answer any emails. Whole company is a scam.
