Purchase necklaces that were advertised as to be .925 silver jewelry they are not I tried calling the phone number from an email that was sent to me stating they were reviewing my email that number has been disconnected and which is all listed above

They have pretty jewelry and say it’s sterling silver, BUT ITS NOT! Sterling silver doesn’t change colors and start to crack! Just like everyone else, I bought 1 thing and then had charges coming out of my account with no way to get in touch with them.

I bought 3 necklaces and they have been taking $19.95 out of my bank account every month since. If anyone else in the same situation has found a way to get your money back please share it with the rest of us!

They charge me $29.95 a few times a total of $59.90 and I haven't made any purchases since the necklace I bought. I would like to know how I can get my money back please and thank you.

From Jan 18 to Feb 17, 2022 I have been charged $59.60, $29.95 twice for a total of $119.50. I've ordered nothing! Pls advise on what action I can take to get a refund. Thank you.

Dont remember how I heard about them. Just know I ordered 4 necklaces from them in Nov. 2021, for $24.40. Paid for them with my debit card. Noticed today that I was being charged $19.95 and have not ordered anything else from them. Going back in my account, I realized that in Dec. They took out $14.95, and in January, they took $29.95.
I tried to call them but got message to leave name and number and they would get back with me, or I coud go to their website and send message, or do a chat with someone. Could not find anywhere for chat. So I sent email message and left message by phone.
For a "Christian" jewelry company they are pretty crooked!

Just now got reply from email, stating that they have cancelled my "subscription" and that I will get a refund for $49.90 in 5-10 business days.
I will wait and see if I get the refund or not.

My husband purchased me a necklace for Christmas. Then the next month they charged $59.90 to our credit card with no explanation. We asked for a refund but haven't received any response. Agree this is not what a Christian company would do so I would stay clear of them.
Also they never answer their phone or return calls.

I ordered and liked. The next month they started taking 2 deductions out. I contacted them and they said they wouldn't take it again...February 6, ANOTHER 29.95 and no response but we will contact you in a day.
They are not a Christian company, they have done this before by all of the reviews that , SADLY, I READ AFTER MY PURCHASE! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THESE ORGANIZED THIEVES .

This company is a scam!
Most people are believers in the right actions will happen when dealing with a so called "Christian" jewelry company.
They keep charging your credit card..every month

I too had ordered some necklaces. I had ordered them for Christmas gifts. As I am on disability I don't have extra money. They charged me 19.95 this month. For nothing. I have not ordered anything else. They are represented as a Christian company. They are far from Christians. I really need my money back. That is half of my water bill. Please help me. Thank you. I have also ordered a few different necklaces, and I noticed the other day they have continued to take unauthorized payments from me. I have called and left several messages, with No response! These people not only are scammers/ thieves, they are pathetic human beings pretending to be Christian's, and spreading the word of God! They should be jailed...

I ordered a cross necklace from this company amd they have charged me 19. 95 for the last three months on my debit card. As others have called i have too. This is a racket. These people need shut down

I purchased a "Faith" necklace one time on May 8, 2021. Then, I read all my monthly statements and saw that they started charging me $14.75 on a monthly basis starting on May 29th until this month. I had to call my credit card company to assist in disputing. I have reached out to this company's phone number & only option is to leave a voicemail. I opened a chat through their website contact us and not response. I emailed them and no response. This company is claiming to be "Faith- Christian" based but fraudulently charging my credit card and who knows -other people who are not aware that their card is being charged for a monthly service and no merchandise is being mailed to the customer. This company is criminal. Beware. Unfortunately, with this experience, this company should learn from their wrongdoing. Do not give them business. Very upsetting to experience with a company who claims to be faith based.
