FEB/MARCH 2017 My son was playing ROBLOX on the laptop and we got one those messages that you gOt a virus and everything is going to get lost unless you call this number... well I did the company representing them was FBMS . I was charged $ 400.00 dollar for fixing my computer and a plan to protect it for 3 years. I had trouble with my laptop I had to reset it to its original form. In May 2017 they called me saying they didnot get the MONEY and that my computer was in danger and hackers were trying to get my info THAT I should call FBMS saying I was not happy with the product and have my money back guess what ??? they (PROCARE) wanted my credit card number. I called FBMS and they said I was going to get my money reimbursed and they had a lot problems with PROCARE and FBMS did not do business with them anymore.
OCT 2017 PROCARE called me again saying that my computer was unprotected and I said: " you are scammers" and they said:" no, we realized that the product we installed on your computer is not compatible; we will give you your money back". I was never reimbursed my 400 dollars, but I did not give them my credit card number. They 'DELETED' the program from my computer, but in reality PROCARE messed up my computer again.
I had to reset it again ...
