I found this website http://fbverhuur.com promising to send payment via my paypal account for using my facebook ads account. They send you an application to fill out. After that, they advise you to download(from https://multilogin.com/) and install a program called multilogin.exe. Then he gives you instruction how to use it. After a few days, they accessed my ads manager on my facebook without needing my login or password and sent facebook $211.12 via my paypal account without my authorization. I immediately contacted facebook support and they resolved everything quickly. I also had to contact paypal to have them block future transactions that involved facebook.
