I wanted to report a phone call I received on my home phone today. They left a message. Called from 866-769-3717. It sounded like he said FCC about a gas bill. It was FCC or SCC. Hard to understand. It was a person not a robocall. Something about high gas prices and wanted me to call back. Utility company would not call about this. I did not call the number back.
