I had a message on my phone that I won PCH and was given a code to give them when I called back. It seemed suspicious because it was the $7000 a week for life and a huge additional payout. I was told to open a new bank account which made sense and I did. I then received forms in my email to fill out which required some info that seemed unnecessary and the person working with me did not seem to know exactly what he was doing. However, it seemed sort of Ok until I got a form letter from the IRS that required me to purchase a bank deposit stamp and FDIC insurance for $2650 before the deposit could be made to my account. When confronted with my questions and unease with making this big payout, I was hung up on and not called back.
