Hello, I'm so sorry for the delayed response. We understand your trying to gather information for a Covid-19 PCR test results. At this moment, your information is currently being processed in the lab and system.
I emailed again on 1/9/22 as I still had not heard anything. No response. I went to their website the evening of 1/11/22 and called the phone number listed. I was on hold for 10 minutes, and then an automated voice said the voice mail box was not accepting message and it disconnected me. I submitted an online request via the website that evening asking to be contacted. No reply.
On 1/13/22 I called the number again during the day: 847-744-3042. Someone answered and I said I was calling to find out when I would receive my results. They asked for my name, date of birth, and email address, and said they would forward my inquiry to the Concern department. I said I wasn't comfortable providing this information to them, and that I would wait for a response from the online inquiry I submitted via the website instead. Then they said if I would give them my information they would forward my inquiry to the Escalation department. I said no thank you and hung up.
I checked this evening and the website no longer works, saying the site is currently private. A Google search for the location now shows that it is permanently closed. This is when I decided to report this business.
