I was contacted saying I had purchased Windows defender firewall I called and said I did not order this. I ask to have this cancelled. At this point no money had been exchanged and I tried to explain this but they insisted that I would be charged later on. I was supposed to receive a refund instead they took my money now I can’t get anyone to give me any information or answer my calls they either hang up or don’t respond.
