I ordered a remote cat shock collar from the site to help train her to stay off counters and table. After ordering the product i got a email receipt. On the receipt it says cat shock collar. It said shipping within US is 1 to 3 days. A couple days later i got an email saying it was shipped with tracking # so I tract it. It was being shipped from mainland china which i thought was odd since the site says its in Washington and 1-3 days shipping within the US. 22 days later i received a training collar for dogs. It says right on the box Dog Training Collar with a dog wearing the collar. It is to big for a cat and looks nothing like the picture of the collar i ordered. So i called the customer service # 1 206-207-4815 on the web site to find out why i didnt recive what i ordered and why it came from mainland china when the company is supposedly in Washington. When i called it went straight to music playing. After a few minutes a guy answers and said ple[censored]d. So a few minutes later of holding he comes back on so i explaind that i didnt receive the correct product that i had ordered. He said "can i get your name and address?" I replied "is this company in Washington?" (on the website it says its in Washington also on my cellphone when i dialed the # it said Washington), he replied "no, north Carolina" (he also had a slight asian accent) i thought that was odd since the site and my phone said Washington. He then asked for my name and address again. At this point im cautious about giving my personal information so i said "here is my order # and gave it to him". To me he should be able to look up all my information with the order # i gave him. He then said in an irritated voice "do you want me to help send you another collar, i need your name and address?" I then said "i gave you my order# you should be able to look it up also you said your in North Carolina when the website and my phone is saying this phone # is in washington and why did it take 22 days to be delivered and i tracked the starting point from mainland china when according to the web site it comes from Washington?" He then hung up on me. I wasnt being rude or using fowl language i just wanted some answers to things that seemed suspicious. He couldnt give those answers, just wanted my personal information, and hung up on me so i then got on ScamPulse.com site and filed this complaint. I dont know if it has anything to do with the same site but 3 weeks later after ordering it my debit card i used got hacked. I got a text message from my bank asking if i had ordered a certain product? I did not order the product so i replied back NO. Then the bank shut my debit card off so no charges where billed to my account but i did have to get a new debit card.
