Saw an ad on FB offering a 26lb tabletop electric ice maker for half price. Ordered and waited for product. What I received was a plastic ice tray. I have tried on 3 occasions to get my money back. They offered a 30% refund that I declined. Their second offer was 50% which I declined and the last offer was 70%, which I also declined. I notified them I wanted a complete refund and that I was reporting them to the BBB.
