Initially the female was nice and was asking $1,000 for a border collie. My son fell in love with the picture and it was his birthday gift. She even mentioned how he was the perfect age to bond and take care of the puppy. I did everything they instructed me to do to prepare for the puppy and I gave them $250 deposit. I live 8 hours away and we made plans to pick up the puppy. When we got to the area I asked if she could meet me 1/2 hour from her home. Her husband called me back being rude and arrogant and insisted our family wasn't committed to the puppy. I was totally confused. My son was crying in the background and he just kept saying we weren't committed and then he mentioned that they had higher bidders which made it clear they were just trying to get out of selling the dog to me so they can sell it to someone else. I begged them to change their mind and he kept being rude. I have never been treated this way. I'm a very fair and level headed person and the way he talked to me like I was a child. Anyway, the said they refunded my deposit and I should get an email. I NEVER got the email and I still don't have the money. They are LIARS and probably never had the puppy. In the meantime I spent hundreds of dollars buying supplies for the puppies and travelling to their location including paying hotel bills. DON'T BUY ANY PUPPY FROM THEM!!
